Victimized 04:31
Are you paying attention You've got a lot to learn Before you open your mouth, and I Become another bridge you burn Go on with your pretension I'll pretend that I care Can you feel the suspension Come on - keep trying Come on - keep trying If you think you can stop me now Come on - keep trying Come on - keep trying If you think you can stop me NO - you're not the victim But, you're so addicted NO - you can't be the victim Your wounds are self-inflicted You had to be the monster Oh, what a terrifying guise But, it was never enough 'Cause you're the one that never dies You go on with your pretension But, it doesn't seem fair You had my attention But, you didn't seem to care Come on - keep trying Come on - keep trying If you think you can stop me NO - you're not the victim But, you're so addicted NO - you can't be the victim Your wounds are self-inflicted You somehow managed To turn violation Into an art You're so infatuated with my world You let your own world Fall apart Go on with your pretension Does anybody care You're dying for attention But, nobody sees you there Come on - keep trying Come on - keep trying If you think you can stop me NO - you're not the victim But, you're so addicted NO - you can't be the victim Your wounds are self-inflicted Now, it comes down to me Now, it comes down to you Get down on your fucking knees And taste what I can do Now, it comes down to me Now, it comes down to you Shut your mouth You're about to learn something new

Collapsing 03:12
What the fuck is wrong Do you still think you belong Don't you feel so out-of-place Are you still trying to save face When you fall Keep going down down down Then you lose it all When you drown Your time is elapsing Your whole world collapsing They can feel the rage You're failing to steal the stage You're trying too hard to please So, get off your knees Your time is elapsing Your whole world collapsing Are you feeling dead Dead inside your head Fake it Break it Eliminate it Sinking into the depths When you fall Keep going down down down Then you lose it all When you drown
3.
Distractions 03:36
Tell me what you desire Do you want it on a silver platter You're such a beautiful liar Keep talking, 'cause it doesn't matter Take back everything you've said It is not welcome in my head Show me what you wanted to do with me The distractions - distractions The distractions are killing me You say, you'll do anything I love the way the words all sound But, I feel the knife slide right in From the second that I turn around SHUT UP - no more promises I'm tired of holding my breath I WON'T - be your plaything to keep fucking till there's nothing left Take back everything you've said It is not welcome in my head Show me what you wanted to do with me The distractions - distractions The distractions... I don't need your drastic measures Leaving me with fears and doubts You can keep your twisted pleasures But, please, leave me out Forget what your desire Everything lies broken and shattered You're such a horrible liar And, it never fucking mattered Take back everything you've said It is not welcome in my head Show me what you wanted to do with me The distractions - distractions The distractions are killing... The distractions - distractions Will be the death of me

Control 04:36
So much for that first impression I see we've gone too far in the wrong direction All the years have come and gone And taken their toll Go on and tell me what you need to feel in control Why is chaos all we know I let my ignorance start to show Please tell me When did we start to lose control And where did it all go wrong Please tell me When did we start to lose control Has it been this way It started off with a bit of a riot Now it's all just a little too quiet Why is chaos the way to go I guess there is still so much that I don't know Please tell me When did we start to lose control And where did it all go wrong Please tell me When did we start to lose control Has it been this way All along

about

The Art of Violation is somewhat of a departure from previous Deconbrio releases. Instead of exploring a wide range
of emotions throughout, the album focuses on two extreme ends of the spectrum while exploring the connection between them.

Anger/Pain/Betrayal: the inspiration for Part One.
Forgiveness/Regret/Acceptance: the focus of Part Two.
